During this time, you can explore the app, build quizzes, and see how customers interact with them before committing to a paid plan.

Here’s what happens during the trial:

• Engagements with your quizzes and AI Shopping Assistant are tracked.
• Your usage helps determine the best pricing tier for your store.
• At the end of the trial, your engagement count resets to zero.
• Your first paid bill reflects the tier that matches your trial activity.

This way, you automatically start on the most suitable plan for your store.

The Scale Plan

After the free trial ends, your store moves to the Scale plan.

Unlike traditional app pricing models with fixed feature tiers, the Scale plan gives you access to all Quiz Kit features from day one. Pricing simply adjusts depending on the number of customer engagements with your quizzes.

As your engagement grows, your store automatically moves to the next tier.

Higher tiers lower the cost per engagement, so you get better value as your quiz becomes more popular.

What Counts as an Engagement?

An engagement is counted when a customer initiates interaction with your quiz or the AI Shopping Assistant.

Typically, this means:

• A customer clicks Start Quiz
• A returning visitor starts the quiz again
• A customer begins interacting with the AI Shopping Assistant

This metric helps align pricing with real usage and customer activity.
